Bet33 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the bet33 platform ("bet33", "we", "our platform"), which operates the website bet33.life and all related Sports Betting, online casino, live games, and digital entertainment services made available to the Brazilian public.

By accessing the bet33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services offered, you expressly confirm that:

• Is 18 years of age or older;
• You are a resident of Brazil and your use of the platform complies with applicable local laws;
• Has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms in their entirety;
• Agrees with the Privacy Policy and with the policies of Responsible Gambling of bet33;
• The information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Bet33 reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-platform notice at least 7 calendar days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the new conditions take effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.

02 Registration & User Account

To use bet33's full services — including deposits, withdrawals, Sports Betting, and casino access — you need to create a personal account. Registration is free and can be completed in under 2 minutes directly on the platform.

Registration requirements:

• A valid CPF belonging to the account holder;
• Full legal name as it appears on an official ID;
• Date of birth (confirming legal age);
• A valid email address for the account holder's exclusive use;
• An active Brazilian mobile number for SMS verification;
• Full residential address in Brazil.

Each user may hold only one active account on bet33. Creating multiple accounts with the same CPF, email address, or device constitutes a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without prior notice and balances may be frozen pending investigation.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out on the account is the account holder's responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify bet33 support immediately via live chat or at contato@bet33.life.

Bet33 may, at any time and without prior notice, suspend or close accounts showing signs of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms, following an internal security review. Confirmed cases of fraud may be reported to the relevant authorities.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bet33 offers the leading Brazilian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. All amounts are processed in BRL (R$).

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: R$ 20.00;
• Pix deposits are credited within 30 seconds of bank confirmation;
• Boleto bancário deposits may take up to 2 business days to clear;
• Credit or debit card deposits are credited within 5 minutes;
• Bet33 does not charge additional fees on deposits;
• Deposits may only be made using payment methods held in the account holder's own name.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00;
• Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 7 seconds for verified accounts;
• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit, wherever possible;
• The Pix withdrawal key must be registered under the same CPF as the bet33 account holder;
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived balance are only permitted after the full wagering rollover requirement has been met;
• Bet33 may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals flagged as unusual by the security team.

04 Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Bet33 regularly offers welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, tournaments, and other promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, published in Portuguese on the promotion page before the user activates it.

General principles applicable to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are only activated with the user's express consent at the time of deposit or through a deliberate action in the promotions section;
• The rollover (wagering requirement) for each bonus is clearly stated before activation and cannot be changed once accepted;
• Bonuses have an expiration date — bets not placed within the stipulated period will result in the automatic expiration of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Bonus balance and real balance are kept separate. Withdrawals requested before the rollover is met may result in the forfeiture of any unreleased bonus balance;
• Each promotion is valid once per CPF, residential address, device, or shared IP, unless otherwise stated;
• Bet33 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice to affected users.

The weekly cashback is calculated based on the net result (losses minus winnings) from Monday through Sunday and is credited automatically every Monday by 10 a.m., with no request required. The maximum cashback amount per week is set individually for each tier of the loyalty program.

05 Sports Betting

Bet33 offers pre-match and live Sports Betting across the top Brazilian and international competitions: Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB basketball, UFC, major MMA events, international football, and much more.

General betting rules:

• Bets are only accepted from users with an active account, verified by email, and with sufficient balance;
• A bet accepted by bet33 is considered final and cannot be cancelled or changed by the user after confirmation, except where the cash out feature is available and within the applicable timeframe;
• Bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error (odds clearly outside normal market range) may be voided by bet33, with the full stake returned to the user's balance;
• Bet33 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close betting on specific markets at any time, particularly in cases of suspected sporting irregularities;
• Bets on cancelled, postponed, or prematurely ended events will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for each sport, published in the platform's rules section.

Cash out: The cash out feature lets users settle a bet before the event ends, receiving a partial or full amount calculated based on the odds at the time of the request. Cash out is not available in all markets and may be disabled without prior notice for certain events.

Live betting: Live odds update in real time and may change between the moment a user makes a selection and the final confirmation of the bet. If a significant odds change occurs during the process, bet33 may request additional confirmation from the user or decline the bet at the original price.

06 Casino Games & Live Casino

Bet33 offers more than 3,000 casino games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, crash games like Aviator and Spaceman, and Live Casino tables with real dealers streaming in Portuguese. All games are provided by licensed studios and audited by independent certification bodies.

General casino game terms:

• Published RTP (return to player) values are certified long-term averages and do not guarantee individual results per session;
• Casino games operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). No strategy or system can eliminate the house edge over the long run;
• Bet33 is not liable for connection interruptions during active game rounds. In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of the round in progress will be resolved automatically by the server, and the final result will be displayed in the account history;
• The bonus buy feature available in some slots is subject to restrictions when the user has an active bonus balance;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or table are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.

Live casino: Live tables are streamed in real time from physical studios. Results are determined by real physical equipment — physical roulette wheels, machine-shuffled decks, and verified dice. All streams are recorded for auditing and dispute resolution purposes.

07 Responsible Gambling & User Protection

Bet33 believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional hardship. That's why the platform actively invests in responsible gambling policies and tools, available to every user — no exceptions, no red tape.

Available control tools:

• Deposit limits: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in their account settings. Once lowered, a limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day waiting period;
• Voluntary break: Users can pause account access for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. During a pause, deposits, bets, and access to casino games are not permitted;
• Permanent self-exclusion: Available to users who wish to permanently close their access to the platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and is processed by support within 24 hours of the request;
• Loss limits: Users can set a maximum loss limit per period, after which no further bets can be placed until the next cycle begins.

08 Prohibited Conduct and Penalties

Bet33 maintains a safe and fair environment for all users. Certain conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, balance freezing, and in serious cases, reporting to the relevant authorities.

The following conduct is prohibited on bet33:

• Creating more than one active account using the same CPF or different personal details to circumvent restrictions;
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration or identity verification;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity;
• Making deposits with cards or bank accounts belonging to third parties;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates human actions on the platform;
• Intentionally exploiting bugs, system errors, or odds glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Coordinating bets with other users to defraud markets or manipulate internal tournament results;
• Using the platform from a geo-restricted location or through a VPN to bypass territorial restrictions;
• Assigning, selling, or transferring the account to a third party.

If any of the above conduct is suspected, bet33 may, without prior notice: suspend access to the account, block pending withdrawals, cancel bonuses and winnings obtained during the investigation period, and permanently close the account upon completion of the internal review.

Users have the right to submit a written appeal via email to contato@bet33.life within 15 days of receiving a suspension notice. bet33 commits to reviewing and responding to all appeals within 10 business days.

09 Privacy, Data Protection & LGPD

Bet33 handles users' personal data responsibly and in full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei nº 13.709/2018). The collection, storage, and use of personal information is limited to what is strictly necessary for platform operation.

Purposes of personal data processing:

• Account registration, authentication, and user account management;
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions;
• Identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention;
• Sending promotional communications, platform updates, and notices (with the option to unsubscribe at any time);
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the online entertainment sector in Brazil.

Bet33 does not sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Any sharing with technical service providers (such as payment processors and game suppliers) is carried out under confidentiality agreements and on a strictly need-to-know basis.

Bet33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and stores passwords in encrypted, irreversible form. Sensitive financial data such as card numbers is never stored directly on the platform — it is processed exclusively by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.

10 Changes to Terms, Restrictions, and Termination

Bet33 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in Brazilian law, platform operations, or industry best practices. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 calendar days in advance, via the registered email address and a visible notice on the platform.

Limitation of liability:

• Bet33 does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of an unplanned outage, bets in progress at the time of the failure will be settled based on available server data;
• Bet33 is not liable for losses resulting from the user's betting decisions, live odds fluctuations, or casino game outcomes. Betting and casino games carry a risk of loss, and the user acknowledges and accepts that risk by using the platform;
• In the event of a technical failure resulting in the incorrect display of balances, odds, or results, bet33 reserves the right to correct the error based on server records, which take precedence over anything displayed in the user interface.

Voluntary account closure: Users may request account closure at any time through support in Portuguese. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after identity verification. Unreleased bonus balance is automatically cancelled upon closure.

Applicable law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes not resolved amicably through support will be submitted to the court of the user's place of domicile, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990).
