01 Who Controls Your Data

Data collected automatically during use of the platform:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location;
  • Device type, operating system, and browser used;
  • Pages visited, time spent on the platform, and usage patterns;
  • Betting history, games used, and financial transactions;
  • Cookies and session identifiers (detailed in Section 6).

Financial data: bet33 records your deposit and withdrawal history, the payment methods used (Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, TED), and the amounts involved in each transaction. Full credit or debit card numbers are not stored directly by bet33 — processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways.

Data minimization principle: bet33 collects only the data necessary for each specific purpose. We do not collect sensitive information such as health data, sexual orientation, political opinion, or religious affiliation. Your CPF is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention — it is never shared with advertisers or business partners.

03 How We Use Your Data

Bet33 uses your personal data exclusively for the purposes listed below. No data is used for purposes not covered in this Policy without your express consent.

04 Data Sharing with Third Parties

Bet33 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Sharing information with third parties is kept to the minimum necessary and occurs only in the following situations:

  • Payment processors: PCI-DSS certified gateways that process deposits and withdrawals via Pix, credit/debit card, boleto, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED. These partners have access strictly limited to the data required to complete the transaction and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose;

Your data is stored on servers located in datacenters with internationally recognized security certifications. bet33 ensures that any transfer of data outside Brazil — when using global cloud infrastructure — is carried out in compliance with Chapter V of the LGPD, with contractual safeguards equivalent to those required under Brazilian law.

Bet33 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, ensure the platform functions correctly, and collect analytics data that helps us improve our services.

Types of cookies used by bet33:

08 How Long We Retain Your Data

Bet33 retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with the mandatory legal retention periods established under Brazilian law.

Retention periods applied by bet33:

  • Registration and identification data: retained while the account is active and for up to 5 years after account closure, for compliance with tax and legal obligations;
  • Financial transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, bets): retained for 5 years as required by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and anti-money laundering legislation;
  • Sports Betting and casino game records: retained for 5 years for audit purposes, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance;
  • Customer support records: retained for 2 years for quality assurance and resolution of any subsequent complaints;
  • Security and access logs: retained for 12 months for fraud detection and security incident investigation purposes;
  • Non-essential cookie data: retained for the period configured in your browser or up to 12 months, whichever comes first.

Once the applicable retention period expires, data is securely and irreversibly deleted or anonymized in a way that no longer allows identification of the data subject. Anonymization follows the ANPD's technical guidelines, and anonymized data may be used for statistical purposes and platform improvement at bet33.

If you request account deletion and there is no legal obligation requiring retention, your data will be deleted within 30 calendar days after the request is confirmed, except for data subject to mandatory legal retention periods.

09 Users Under 18

The bet33 platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and over. bet33 does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from minors.

During registration, users expressly confirm they are 18 or older. bet33 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process and may request documentary proof at any time. Any account found to have been created by a minor will be immediately closed, and the collected data will be deleted within 30 days.

No. bet33 does not share your CPF with advertisers, data platforms, ad networks, or any third party for commercial purposes. Your CPF is used exclusively for identity verification at registration, prevention of duplicate accounts, age verification, and compliance with legal obligations such as anti-money laundering requirements. The only scenario in which your CPF may be shared with third parties is under a court order or request from a competent authority as required by law — in which case bet33 will notify you whenever legally permitted. To request the deletion of your personal data from bet33, send an email to privacidade@bet33.life with the subject line "Data Deletion Request – LGPD", including your full name and registered CPF. bet33 will verify your identity before processing the request and will respond within 15 calendar days. Please note that some data cannot be deleted immediately due to legal obligations — such as financial records that must be retained for 5 years under tax and anti-money laundering legislation. In these cases, bet33 will clearly inform you which data was deleted, which was retained, and for how long. Once the mandatory retention periods expire, all data is permanently deleted.

bet33 may use information about your favorite games and bets to send you personalized promotions — such as notifications about slots tournaments for titles you've already played, or cashback offers based on your activity. This type of communication is based on bet33's legitimate interest in providing a more relevant experience for users.
